About Us

Since 2001, as a homebrewer, Tony Fry has loved fermenting beer, wine and yes mead.  In 2014, he started  beekeeping and in 2015 acquired a small farm in Saline County, Arkansas.  That same year the county turned wet (sell and purchase alcohol).  God for sure planted a seed that lined the path to pursue what is Arkansas's first Meadery.  We are excited to be open and selling Mead today!  Thank you for being a part of our history in the mead making! 

Justin fell in love with experimenting and fermenting his own wines in 2016. When the time came to take Arkansas Meadery public, Justin's experience in social media marketing  and start-up business operations coupled with his love for fermenting (and his dad, Tony, being the Owner/Meadmaker), made him the perfect person for this role! Nothing makes Justin happier than introducing people to mead and seeing them enjoy our products. He works hard every day to get the word out about the meadery, make merchandise, and answer all of your questions! 

Nojjy is an award-winning mead maker, US Air Force veteran, and avid explorer. He has been interested in mead since the early 2000’s. He started homebrewing in 2018, making a variety of beers and wine, but mead has always been his main focus. He is greatly intrigued by fermenting and the endless flavor possibilities. This makes product development a perfect role for him. He is always interested in hearing about and trying out new flavor ideas.
